Frequently Asked Questions

Questions? You’re in the right place. Here are the most common inquiries to help you find quick and clear answers.

How much experience do I need?

Events are beginner friendly! We have years of experience teaching others best practices and safe off-road driving skills! We support all experience levels to ensure everyone has fun and enjoys the trip. This is YOUR trip and we want you to make the most of it.

What should I bring?

You will want to bring all of the necessities for surviving in the wilderness for 3-5 days. Enough food and water is extremely important. In the wilderness you may consume more than normal so keep that in mind. Other things to bring should be a camp chair, comfortable clothes, basic tools to work on your vehicle if any issues arise and your camera!

What kind of weather can I expect on my adventure?

The weather may change dramatically and quickly anywhere that you explore. You could begin a day driving in the snow and only a few hours later be driving on the beach. December through March are the most likely months for rain or snow. We never really know what the weather will be like until 5 – 7 days before each adventure. Pay attention to the weather before your trip and pack accordingly.

How many people will I share my adventure with?

Most events are capped at 30 participants.

Can I book a Private Adventure?

Of course! Please call or email so we can curate a trip that meets your requirements.

When is payment required?

We book on a first come, first serve basis. Your place on one of our adventures is reserved upon receipt of full payment.

What is the refund policy?

If an event is canceled for any reason a refund or credit may be issued upon request. If you have signed up for an event and can not make it for any reason, a credit will be issued to you. Payments for events that are not canceled are non-refundable and the credit must be used within one year. Your payment may be transferred to another event or person but must be used within one year from the original purchase date.
